EdgeIQ provides sports statistics, model projections, educational content and related tools for informational and entertainment purposes. EdgeIQ is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers and does not facilitate real-money gambling.
2. No guarantees
Projections are statistical estimates based on historical data and carry uncertainty. They are not advice of any kind and are never guaranteed. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using EdgeIQ content.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; existing subscribers keep their price until they change plans.
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reselling or bulk redistribution of EdgeIQ data or projections.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- No use of EdgeIQ for unlawful purposes.
6. Content and intellectual property
EdgeIQ's software, models, articles and design belong to EdgeIQ. Team names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; EdgeIQ is not affiliated with any league or team.
7. Advertising
Free pages may show advertising from third parties such as Google. See the privacy policy for how advertising data is handled and how to manage your choices.
8. Third-party information and availability
Sports schedules, scores and market comparisons may come from third-party sources. Availability, timeliness and accuracy can vary. The service or individual features may be interrupted, delayed or changed, including when a data provider is unavailable. We may suspend access for misuse or security concerns.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on projections or data inaccuracies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
